Electric Pictures is based in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 1992, the company produces factual programming for the Australian and international market.
It has established a reputation as one of Australia’s most successful independents as a result of the production of award winning documentaries across a range of genre including: Science, History, Arts, Travel and Adventure, Current Affairs and Politics.
Electric Pictures productions are co-financed with the assistance of broadcasters around the world, including: ABC, ARTE, AVRO, BBC, CBC, Channel Four, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, NDR, NHK, PBS, RTHK, S4C, SBS, RAI, RTE, TVNZ, WDR and ZDF.
