AIDC REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for AIDC 2010, I understand that:
- All registered delegates will have their email address added to the AIDC e-newsletter subscription list.
- All registered delegates' details will be published in the Delegate Contact Book, and will be available to other delegates online through DocExchange.
- All registered delegates will have an automatic profile created in DocExchange which allows other delegates to view their details. (This profile can be hidden if the delegate wishes.)
- All registered delegates receive complimentary membership to the Screening Room, valid until 15 October 2010.
- All registered delegates who are Australian residents will automatically become members of Australian International Documentary Conference Ltd. If you do not wish to be a member please advise info@aidc.com.au
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST and a 2.5% administration fee.
- Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. A cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from a registration refund to cover administration costs for requests made prior to Monday 8 February 2010. Cancellation requests made after Monday 8 February 2010 will not be considered.
- The contact details of any delegate registering after 22 January 2010 cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the published Delegate Contact Book.
- Photo ID must be shown at the registration desk when collecting delegate passes and satchels. Concession Pass delegates must show their concession card when collecting their pass. Delegate passes are non-transferable. It is a condition of entry that you must wear your delegate pass at all times during the Conference.
- Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the sessions without prior permission.
- Any visual or sound recordings of delegates made during the AIDC may be used in whole or part by AIDC on the AIDC website and/or for non-profit and self promotional purposes.
