Artemis International was formed in 1999 with the merging of two successful independent production companies, Reel Images and Tait Productions. With combined industry experience of more than thirty years, the two principals of Artemis, Celia Tait and Brian Beaton, were listed among the top twenty Australian documentary producers in a recent Encore survey.
Artemis specialises in making factual programming, including wildlife, history and science documentaries. Recent productions include Inside Australia which was nominated for a Grierson award, Saving Andrew Mallard which was nominated for a Walkley Award and the award winning Return To Eden and Lobster Tales. We are currently in production on the fourth series of Who Do You Think You Are? The first series was the highest rated Australian produced series ever on SBS.
We work with leading broadcasters and distributors including Granada/ITV, Discovery, Al Jazeera, Channel 5 UK, National Geographic, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Network 7, BBC and Special Broadcasting Services, Australia (SBS).

AUTENTIC offers business-to-business services, founded on a thorough understanding of both the editorial and economic needs of the industry. The company focuses its efforts on three particular categories:
- Documentaries with a broad appeal for a wide audience, fit for primetime scheduling on both terrestrial and pay broadcast networks;
- factual series with long running potential, supporting the brand position of linear channels, which will be scheduled prominently on regular or horizontal programming slots;
- and special interest films, including feature length productions, that appeal to well defined audiences, often best reached through new ways of content distribution.
AUTENTIC owns and operates several subscription-based linear channels. Together with Spiegel TV, AUTENTIC launched Spiegel Geschichte in 2009, distributed via SKY DEUTSCHLAND.

Carbon has an experienced in house production team that can deliver a wide range of programming and media services. We are also working in partnership with other producers on the delivery of cross platform content.
Carbon is currently in production for a new children’s television game show to be aired on ABC3 and National Indigenous Television (NITV). Our recent credits have taken us across Australia and the world and include: documentaries proppaNOW (2010) and From the Ashes (2009); the Black Tracks (2008/2009) travel series ; and the Intune (2008/2009) music series.
